∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planned, lead, organize, and control the Inventory team to achieve organizational objectives.
∎ Identification and segregation of damaged/expired/ redundant/ non-moving stock and managing their disposal in time as per company policy.
∎ Organize physical checking of all stocks when required.
∎ Ensure safety and security of company stock.
∎ Controlling materials IN/OUT/Stock properly.
∎ Field monitoring and checking the materials consumption.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all fixed assets of the company.
∎ Preparing MIS Report.
∎ Service PO making for local materials purchase (Site urgent purchase) & Contactor bill.
∎ A new item generates in Oracle System for master data.
∎ Perform Physical count and spot inventory every month.
∎ Inventory documents reconciled.
∎ Perform other stock-related, returning, and rotating stock & coordinate the disposal of surplus goods.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Maintaining good relations with colleagues, supervisors & contractors.
∎ Need to ensure net & cleanliness store inside, the safety of the store.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive towards the work.
∎ Improve work Skills.
∎ Good communication with internal departments & colleagues.
∎ Friendly communication with another department.
∎ Good communication with contractors & supervisors.

Salary: Negotiable
