Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) In Finance or HRM from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Material Management, power plant, Store management, training skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raising Purchase requisition and follow up for receipt of materials.
∎ Material Receipt, Verification and preparation of Daily GRN/Verification.
∎ Perpetual Inventory, Monthly Inventory, Physical stock Verification.
∎ Preparation of Material Item Master.
∎ Vendor Identification.
∎ Material Reconciliation with Sub Contractors.
∎ Minimize obsolete, surplus and scrap material through proper monitoring.
∎ Coordinating for disposing of scrap with the Head office.
∎ Identifying areas for cost saving and recommend action plan to achieve the saving.
∎ Maintaining Spares List (Mandatory, Commissioning, Special Tools etc.)
∎ Looking the site level Admin activities.
∎ Maintaining Time office and Visa Break up schedule of employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Males are preferred to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to "think on your feet."
∎ Be able to read and understand sales data.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
∎ Experienced in Materials Management duties.

Salary: Negotiable
