Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing petty cash, updating financial records, and maintaining internal discipline among the sales team.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
∎ Keep record & proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
∎ Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Smart & hard worker
∎ Goal Oriented
∎ Cleanliness
∎ Polite, punctual & honest
∎ Working experience in Branded Store in Bangladesh or abroad will be given much priority.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Work Hours: 10 Hours (Weekly 6 Days) Probation Period: 2 Months After successful probation period, salary will be increased depending on performance & eligibility.
