• Greet customers warmly and assess their beauty needs.
• Recommend suitable products based on skin type, preferences, and current trends also Good understanding of skin tone variations, lighting impact.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure proper care and organization of tools and beauty products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions.
• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Ensure customers on product benefits and features.
