∎ Job SummaryHotel Bengal Blueberry is seeking a reliable and organized Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s inventory and supply chain. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring efficient stockroom operations, and supporting the smooth delivery of hotel services. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of inventory control, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills to maintain seamless interdepartmental collaboration.Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all hotel supplies, including food, beverages, housekeeping items, and maintenance supplies.- Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstock situations.- Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance) to ensure timely delivery of required items.- Maintain organized and efficient storage facilities that comply with safety and hygiene standards.- Place orders with suppliers based on par levels and forecasts, while negotiating optimal terms and pricing.- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies, preparing inventory reports for management.- Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, invoices, purchase orders, and supplier information.- Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of all stock transactions in the hotel’s inventory management system.- Work with the Finance team to monitor budgets and control costs related to inventory and supplies.- Train and supervise store team members, enforcing best practices in stock handling, storage, and safety procedures.Compensation & Benefits* Service Charge* Mobile Bill* Lunch Facility* Paid Leave
