∎ Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
∎ Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Prepare accounts reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance.
∎ Perform online sales management.
