Strong Communication skill both in Bangla & English.
Ability to work under pressure .
Ability to maintain discipline , safety and house keeping standards in store.
Proven Experiences to work in a Garments Accessories Manufacturing Store & Inventory department.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
Need to generate Issue & Receiving challan, Ensure proper deliveries.
Ensure proper store compliance. Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
Monitor Bonded Warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
Maintain Bonded Warehouse space management. Maintain Tally software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
To accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way. Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
Systematic documentation. Clear knowledge to deal the customs audit .
Proven experience to maintain all the store (Accessories, Chemical, Finish Goods & Wastage Store) in the factory premises.
Vehicle movement management for smooth delivery.
Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.
Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
