Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate store staff and their tasks
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
Track sales targets and help meet store goals
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns
Prepare and review sales and inventory reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
Assist in staff training and performance evaluations
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as needed
