Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all goods receiving and issuing are recorded properly on time While maintaining company systems and procedures
∎ Maintain proper structured storing systems to ensure goods are located with minimum personal & time involvement
∎ Ensure that effective internal controls are in place to have smooth functioning of the department & avoid mismanagement of company resources.
∎ Coordinate with logistic to make proper arrangements to handle goods receiving and to arrange transportation requirements for shipments.
∎ Ensure all the reporting requirements are met timely and accurately
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal & managerial skills, ability to interact with all the levels of the organization and meet their operational need in time.
∎ Should have knowledge of warehousing methodologies and processes.
∎ Ability to plan and strong organizing skills.
∎ High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
∎ Should have the right attitude to adapt to the company’s fast changing working environment.
∎ Need to be a good team player
∎ Stores management experience in ERP based system will be an added advantage
