Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer prescribed medications, IVs, and injections.
∎ Monitor vital signs and report critical changes promptly.
∎ Support doctors during examinations and minor procedures.
∎ Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of nursing records and observations.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control protocols.
∎ Be available for emergency duty and rotational shifts as needed.
∎ Job Description:
∎ The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients. The role includes executing nursing procedures, assisting physicians, ensuring patient safety, maintaining records, and contributing to infection control and ward cleanliness.
