Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for costing analysis and cost planning
∎ Produce or supervise the monthly reports
∎ Optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the Standards and good practices set down by Internal Control
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions
∎ Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process, liaising with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit
∎ Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
∎ Manage cost control, cost saving calculation, BOM and material master data checking to make sure the accuracy
∎ Responsible for Capex rolling forecast, annual Capex planning. Fixed assets management, including month end closing process, monthly return tracking report (planned vs. actual)
∎ Prepare monthly cost variance analysis, organize standard labor/Overhead/equipment/surcharge rates review meeting
∎ Support operation management initiatives at each stage and monthly impact validation
