Job Context

ACI Fertilizer collaborates with the government, as well as agro-research institutions to find out the best agricultural practices that can promote better yields. It trains retailers and farmers partnering with government and non-government organizations about the benefits and nutrient contents of different fertilizers, helps farmers to select a balanced mixture of fertilizers for their land and encourages farmers to use organic and bio fertilizers in order to restore soil health and enhance sustainability of natural resource.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accuracy of stock records.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of logistics and warehouse operations.

• Administer and reconcile petty cash used in logistics activities with accountability.

• Oversee transportation and distribution processes to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth material flow.

• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks in logistics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations.
