Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the quality of all the SRH services given and maintaining clinical standards.
∎ Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to meet contractual performance.Strengthen, support and capacitate the staff.
∎ Provide oversight and guidance for all projects and tasks ensuring that they are adequately staffed planned, and performance is within scope, time, and available budget.
∎ Ensure capacity building of the team members, special focus on clients care issue, community engagement, and SRH technical services.
∎ S/he will help to promote Sexual and Reproductive Health programming (SRH) and SRH services in the ongoing Rohingya refugee crises currently affecting Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Facilitate the procurement and delivery of emergency medical supplies and equipment and provide capacity building to relevant stakeholders on SRH-related issues (including reproductive, maternal and newborn health, family planning information and services, STIs and HIV prevention, care and treatment, and care for survivors of violence). S/he will also assist in establishing relevant partnerships with other humanitarian stakeholders, NGOs, donors and government counterparts.
∎ Oversees project implementation, establishing collaborative partnerships with executing agencies, experts, government counterparts, and other UN agencies to facilitate timely and efficient delivery of project inputs, and address the training needs of project personnel.
∎ Manages team dynamics; ensures synergy and harmony with the team. Provides role clarity to all staff within the team by providing supportive supervision and ensuring accountability.
∎ Ensures creation and documentation of knowledge about current and emerging reproductive health and rights issues by the programme team through the analysis of program, projects, strategies, approaches and ongoing experience for lessons learned, best practices, and uses this knowledge for information sharing and planning future strategies.
∎ Participates in advocacy and resource mobilization efforts of the Country Office by ensuring preparation of relevant documentation, i.e. project summaries, conference papers, speeches, donor profiles, and participating in related donor meetings and public information events.
∎ Support the PM’s efforts to maintain a positive organizational climate with the highest professional and ethical standards
∎ Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in collaborating with camp level govt. functionary, Ministry of Health, DGHS, Civil surgeon, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, physicians, nurses, and other hospital professional staff to establish standards for running a medical/health facility and ensure operational support for smooth implementation of health interventions.
∎ Work with the Program Manager in people management, quality improvement, financial management.
∎ Encourage team members to collaborate across areas; Address and resolve any diversity related issues.
∎ Set goals and conduct appraisals for the team; Set high standards and confront poor performance where needed.
∎ Take appropriate actions to manage poor performance (such as creating Performance Improvement Plans, coaching, job rotations, and planning separations) in order to build and develop an engaged and high-performing team.
∎ Lead project/support staff teams independently throughout efforts.
∎ Implement, monitor and coordinate/supervise program planning evaluating quality assurance in community setting project.
∎ Match field site demographics and protocol requirements to identify target locations/households for activities.
∎ Create a work plan (allocation of locations and duties) for the implementation of the intervention project;
∎ Monitor and ensure quality in health interventions at the field level.
∎ Support Program Manager in monitoring field-level operations.
∎ Monitor the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer's goals on safeguarding implementation. safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the Deputy Program Manager.

∎ Skill and Competencies:
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS (with valid BMDC registration) preferably with Masters of Public Health from any recognized University.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience of 2-3 years with NGOs, UN agency or INGO and out of at least 1 years' experience in the SRH project or Programme.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Current national and global development trends related to women empowerment, gender and justice, legal aid, rights-based approach, access to information; SDGs.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding Project cycle management, results-based management and rights-based approach.
