Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and Maintain Relationships with Property Owners, Developers, and Other Key Stakeholders in the Industry.
∎ Negotiate Property Deals and Contracts to Ensure the Best Possible Outcomes for the Company.
∎ Manage the Due Diligence Process for All Potential Acquisitions, Including Site Visits, Financial Analysis, and Legal Review.
∎ Provide Regular Reports to Senior Management on the Progress of Property Acquisition Efforts and the Performance of the Team.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target. Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy properties.
∎ To communicate with prospective buyers to see the properties.
∎ To Gather information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
∎ To Follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
∎ Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
∎ Meet with Key Customers and assists the Sales Team with maintaining relationships and Closing deals.
