Education & Experience:

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and related plugins and themes.
2. Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
3. Experience with PHP and MySQL.
4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
5. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
5. Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress-based eCommerce solutions.
6. Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
7. Knowledge of web accessibility standards.

Development & Maintenance:

1. Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites from scratch or existing sites.
2. Utilize Elementor to create and customize web pages, ensuring high-quality visuals and functionality.
3. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly.

Plugin & Theme Customization:

1. Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
2. Ensure compatibility with various browsers, operating systems, and devices.

Performance Optimization:

1. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
2. Conduct regular website performance tests and implement necessary improvements.
3. Security & Updates:
4. Implement and manage website security measures to protect against vulnerabilities.
5. Ensure websites are up-to-date with the latest WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
7. Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver seamless website solutions.
8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
9. Problem-Solving:
10. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
11. Provide technical support and maintenance for existing client websites.

Salary Range 40k to 50k. Weekly two days off. Flexible work hours. Yearly salary review. Yearly 2 festival bonuses. Performance Bonuses.
