1. 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on Django and Python.
2. Strong proficiency in Django, including Django ORM, middleware, and Django REST framework.
3. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
4. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
5. Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
6. Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
7. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Django’s testing framework and pytest.
8. Experience with deployment processes on platforms like Heroku, AWS, and using Docker.
9. Strong understanding of web security best practices.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior developers.

5. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing solutions.
