Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting workshops and seminars to train employees in new skills or techniques
∎ Creating training plans based on an analysis of human resource data to identify areas of improvement
∎ Assessing employee competency in their job functions and identifying areas for improvement
∎ Conducting mock interviews with new hires to evaluate their communication skills and cultural fit for the organization
∎ Developing new training programs based on changes in technology or business needs
∎ Evaluating training program outcomes to identify any issues that need to be addressed
∎ Knowledge of the advancements in knitting technology, auto sewing, and the development and manufacturing of the clothing industry
∎ Assure the machines adjusted, maintained, and serviced in accordance with factory specifications
∎ Trained all new staff to assign the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Educational requirements might be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Experience in related of operations/production/technical area.
