Responsibilities & Context:

JOB CONTEXT:

This is a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective field engagement, sales forecasting, and strategic reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet sales targets, support business development, ensure timely collections, and contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve individual sales target as per ABP.
  • Look for future opportunities to attain business growth.
  • Frequent field office visits as per FJP for better understanding the opportunities and weaknesses of present business in the market.
  • Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
  • Visit and analyse competitor activities to collect information for business strategy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales, customer visit, competitor situation and opportunities area.
  • Attend customer complain and resolve those within agreed time to improve customer satisfaction
  • Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CET, Service Technicians) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and better performance.
  • Assist line manager in the delivery of approved strategies and supporting the marketing team and other colleagues.
