Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• University of Dhaka,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,North South University,BRAC University students will get preference

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Candidate(s) must have sound knowledge and at least 2-3 years of experience of student counseling at a renowned organization(s). Candidates are also expected to possess the following skills:
• Must have maximum skills & Experience on Subject filed
• Must have good link with clients
• Must have Knowledge of B-B Business
• Must have experience in student visa application
• Must have well known in entire student visa process
• Skilled in Advising and support the students
• Skilled in Visa and immigration assistance of the students
• Skilled in Orientation programs
• Skilled in counseling services
• Skilled in Legal and financial support
• Skilled in Communication liaison
• Skilled in Reporting and documentation

Student Counselling:

• Assess students’ academic background, interests, and financial capabilities.

• Guide students on suitable countries, universities/colleges, and courses.

• Provide personalized counselling to match educational goals.

Visa Guidance:

• Assist students with the entire visa application process, including document preparation, financial documentation, and visa interviews.

• Stay updated on visa rules and immigration policies for various countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).

• Explain and verify visa requirements, including proof of funds, health insurance, and language proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).

Application Assistance:

• Help students with university/college applications.

• Follow up with institutions regarding admission status and documentation.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Review and verify all documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa and admission requirements.

• Maintain records of student applications, visa status, and correspondence.

Interview Preparation:

• Train students for visa interviews, including mock interviews and possible question preparation.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with foreign universities, embassies, and visa offices.

• Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, travel, accommodation support).

Post-Visa Services:

• Provide guidance on pre-departure requirements, travel arrangements, and initial settlement assistance.
