Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university or Masters in any discipline with hands-on experience with Software application design and development.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MIS, Programmer/ Software Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, NGO, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience on real life web application development using Asp.net MVC, Web API/ SignalR, Core framework, Angular JS
∎ Sound knowledge on real life desktop application development using Windows Form/ WPF
∎ Must have knowledge on ADO.Net, Enterprise Library & Entity framework/ Entity framework core
∎ Sound knowledge on Java script, Type Script, ajax, JSON, CSS
∎ Must have knowledge on front end framework of Bootstrap/UI Kit, Easy UI
∎ Working directly with other developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products.
∎ Working with the UI/UX designer to build the interface with focus on usability features.
∎ Have to provide code review report to reporting manager.
∎ Strong programming and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
∎ Ability to code, design, develop, test and bug fix.
∎ Analyze, design and develop dynamic Web Application based on project documents.
∎ Must have hands on SQL query writing skill for complex business requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in C#, Bootstrap, Web API, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, Ajax, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML, DHTML based solutions
∎ Excellent analytical skill.
∎ Strong business understanding capacity.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Does not take work as pressure but enjoys challenges.
∎ Must be flexible, friendly and a good team player.
∎ Good hands on optimal database designing concept using SQL Server 2005-2016 and Oracle
∎ Must have good knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, coding standards , best practices, unit testing and integration testing with mock framework
∎ Must be proactive, highly motivated, assertive, self-starter & detail-oriented and able to execute tasks efficiently
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English & Bengali for effective communication.
∎ Skill on Android App development will be an added advantage
