Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure daily primary and secondary sales and forward it to sales admin at Head office.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Fulfill the monthly sales target.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Forward product requisition to head office 7 days before the date of delivery.
∎ Having excellent communication skill & pleasant personality
∎ Planning, analyzing and achieving route level marketing plan
∎ Prepare daily & weekly visit plan with customer.
∎ Prepare monthly marketing plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per plan.
∎ Ensure marketing as per business plan.
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have experience on selling cosmetic product will get preference.
∎ Candidate must be Smart, hardworking and career oriented
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory. Candidates having expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel & Other office applications.
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, D/A, Mobile Bill.
∎ Incentives provide on sales target.
∎ Salary Increment yearly based on performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (After provision period)
