Job Context:
∎ Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, we are a fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for an experienced Sr. ICT Sales Manager for Dhaka Division.
∎ The Senior Sales Manager leads and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales management team. The key objective of the Senior Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the ICT business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover.
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge and experience in selling various types of ICT product and services i.e. Cyber Security, LMS, e-Signature, UAM, e-Meeting (zoom), VPN as service, e-Office, WiFi-6 Solution, Hotspot Services, e-Health Care Solution etc.
∎ The contenders must have excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with the senior IT professionals of this sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the emerging technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirements.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the ICT sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of ICT sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new ICT services and competition status.
∎ Ensure after-sales service for customer satisfaction in coordination with the support team.
