Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in the field of Hospitality Management or Business Administration from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Sales Calls & Tele Calls for continuous relation with retaining existing clients & sourcing potential clients.
∎ Ensure core responsibility on Price & Service negotiation to process business proposal & agreement with existing as well as prospected corporate companies.
∎ Searching new area of businesses on the basis of business segmentation and structures.
∎ Meet & entertain in-house guests & business patrons.
∎ Effectively responds to all incoming business opportunities for the hotel, as per the hotels standard 'Turn around Times'.
∎ To develop an effective sales strategy to attract new & additional business, in conjunction with the sales team.
∎ Direct Sales & Operational Supervision in Banquet related Catering Events & MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conference, Events) for the clients.
∎ Responsible to meet all budgeted sales targets set by the Management & Department Head.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly basis sales activity & business reports to the management.
∎ Ability to serve the special assignments time to time basis by the Head of the department under pressure in extended working hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in Hotels, Airlines or Marketing Agency.
∎ Should have strong understanding of the client management, target market and enriched with a good number of customer database.
∎ Must possess oral and written fluency in English & Bengali, interpersonal skills, well groomed for interacting with esteemed guests as well as High Profile clients.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
