Job Context:
∎ Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
∎ Job Location: MOHAMMEDPUR, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Address, resolve customer concerns, Explain products and prices.
∎ Receive and process customer orders.
∎ Invoice printing of daily orders.
∎ Manage Product Stock.
∎ Coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment.
∎ Provide order updates and resolve issues.
∎ Collab with team members.
∎ Follow guide from Team Leader.
∎ Daily work report submit before leave.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills over phone & can use MS Excel/Google spreadsheet.
∎ Experience in E-commerce/ F-Commerce/ Order Management for at least 6 month will be given preference.
∎ Ability to multitask effectively.
Salary:
∎ 10-15k (Based on Experience)
