We strive to create value in residential spaces with a strong commitment to quality, structural timelessness, and engineering distinction.
∎ We are looking to hire a Talented Sr Sales Executive to join our team to promote company`s sales and revenue goals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching prospects, generating leads, and finding prospective clients through established methods and door-to-door visits.
∎ To promote (Flats/Apartments) to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
∎ Being a key contact point for customers and answering queries.
∎ Advising customers to make conscious decisions and introducing new products to customers.
∎ Maintaining relationships with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and most repetitive business.
∎ Monitoring existing competitors' activities and competing accordingly
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly activity reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
