∎ Generate and qualify leads for apartment sales
∎ Arrange and conduct apartment viewings, highlighting key features and benefits
∎ Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2–5 Sales Executives/Assistant Managers
∎ Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targetsNegotiate and close sales transactions efficiently
∎ Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, pricing, and competition
∎ Ensure a steady revenue flow through proactive sales strategies
∎ Oversee administrative tasks and documentation for property transactions
