Lead and manage sales activities for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage and guide a team of 3–4 salespersons to ensure performance and target achievement.
Provide support, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team.
