∎ Bachelor's/Master's degree from any reputed university, major in marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual (2 years), contract can be renewable
∎ Office Hour: Sunday-Thursday (10 am - 6 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and improve relationships with sponsors and partners.
∎ Review company practices to ensure sponsors get maximum satisfaction.
∎ Identify potential opportunities and inform the other team to follow up.
∎ Educate and inform sponsors about the company's activities.
∎ Attend to sponsor complaints and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Conduct sponsor satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets.
∎ Oversee customer relationship management system.
∎ Utilizes the agency CRM to manage business contacts.
∎ Communications and continued cultivation of the sponsors to enhance their relationship with JAAGO and increase the likelihood of continued contributions.
∎ Maintaining the student database and update /inform the sponsors when required.
∎ Data Entry in the multiple software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in the relevant field.
∎ Skills:
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (Speaking and Writing) and ability to produce reports and proposals.
∎ Have the excellent presentation skill and to make PowerPoint slides as per requirement.
∎ Have the ability to build and maintain good relationship with corporates and raising funds.
∎ Has to be proactive, self-motivating and hardworking.
