Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be capable to increase sales.
∎ Have to work hard in stressful situations.
∎ Identify business development opportunities through evaluation and analysis of sales team.
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan, monitor / analyze regional sales, formulate and implement monthly action plan for the field force.
∎ Conduct field (Doctors and Chemists) visit to get first hand market experience and convert these into sales.
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
