Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 15 years experiences and having served in a senior position of Quality Inspection area in any sweater factories.
∎ Should have technical knowledge of paper patterns & production process.
∎ Strong leadership quality & attitude is a MUST
∎ Analyze and solve production line problems, conduct evaluations and monitor corrective actions to resolve those problems
∎ Should be able to ensure Zero quality claims & ensure 100% customer warehouse pass rate
∎ Ensure Quality System and Procedures is executed, followed and maintained as per company's and Buyer's requirements. Carry Periodic assessments.
∎ Oversee routine per-production and during production Quality processes: Yarn approval, accessories and Trims check system, size sets, and in-line and Final inspections. Pilot runs.
∎ Collaborate in maintaining Product Safety, Metal Free Policy, House Keeping
∎ Stop and take actions on poor performance- Give directions to improve OQL
∎ Reviewing and revising process and system where and whenever necessary
∎ Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production

∎ Age 35 to 55 years
