∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any dis-cipline

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems requirements as per F.O.C based Shipment procedure.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to make inventory Reports of all F.O.C Shipments & maintain product availability, short and quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticali-ties in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and require-ments.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
∎ Monitored QA/QC officer's performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be com-municated with all related departments.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To give size set sample approval.
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.
∎ Follow up Pre- Final inspection.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Performing Final Inspection after completion of every Order Execution.
∎ To produce Inventory/Production Inspection Report with Skillful output.
