Job Context:
∎ Nature of contract: Full time, Regular (with 3-month probation period), Core staff.
∎ Job Summary: Prottyashi, a social development organization, has been responding to the host community and Rohingya Crisis in Cox`s Bazar since 2017 and currently implementing multiple projects under livelihood, food security, nutrition, water and sanitation, protection and education sectors with the vision of improving the quality of life of our target beneficiaries and promoting sustainable development. Prottyashi invites applications for the vacant position titled- Sr. Program Officer (Implementation) under Cox`s bazar regional operations.
∎ Reporting: Sr. Program Officer (Implementation) will report to the Head of operation. S/He has to maintain a functional relationship with all project teams, MEAL team, and organization`s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide on-the-field programmatic support for implementation and monitoring of Cox's Bazar based Project activities to ensure program impact and quality.
∎ In collaboration with project team assist in developing, implementing and monitoring capacity development activities.
∎ Develop harmonious relations and work jointly with project teams including providing logistical assistance as required.
∎ Support program quality assurance initiatives and act as the field focal point in coordination with the MEAL team.
∎ Document lessons-learned and promote good practices.
∎ Analyze and provide input on field context and support management team.
∎ Support project teams and follow-up all activities as approved in the Annual Work plan.
∎ Prepare necessary inputs required for the semi-annual and annual reports and annual work plans.
∎ Identify technical assistance needs and plans for local stakeholders' management in areas where initiatives are implemented and support
∎ Enable early identification of problems or concerns relevant to project implementation and support effective discussion/action to resolve issues raised.
∎ Consult, inform and discuss with Head of Resilience and DRR to ensure that activities are implemented in compliance of program quality and donor's rules and regulations.
∎ Travel when needed to coordinate, monitor and/or participate in project activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of professional experience in the development sector working directly in program leadership, management and implementation.
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Candidates with experience of working in Rohingya Response and Cox's Bazar region are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Monthly Gross Salary provision period 60,000 BDT after 3 (Six) month provision periods will be 65000+ BDT.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contributory Provident fund, Gratuity, 2 Festival Bonus, Boishaki Bonus, Staff Wale fare Fund, Lunch allowance, Regular traveling and communication bill.
