Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Assist. assigned supervisor.
∎ To give instruction operator/ Asst. Operator/ Helper for quality improvement.
∎ Following up production.
∎ Setting quality parameter as per instruction of assigned superior to fulfill customer requirements.
∎ Ensuring safe handling & preservation of fabrics.
∎ Ensuring identification & segregation where required.
∎ Ensuring machinery & equipment are in highest order of operation.
∎ Making suitable working environment.
∎ To make sure shade matching as per standard given by the marketing department.
∎ Understanding the customers requirements & specification.
∎ Maintaining g quality record & maintain a record of production department to repeat in the Bulk production.
∎ Work on cost reduction of days & auxiliaries with the help of supervisor.
∎ Make sure the working practices of the workers in suitable & safe environment which should be compliant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dyeing Finishing, Production Management (Dyeing Finishing).
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Good at computer Office program.
∎ Strong Leadership Ability.
