Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Responsible for achievement of daily & monthly production targets.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities.
∎ To maintain the floor cost to the agreed level.
∎ To Improve Section wise planning by linking with order forecasting.
∎ Ensuring timely execution of prepared stitching plan.
∎ To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required by the stitching plan and the forecaster shipment plan.
∎ To check the availability of fabric as required by the stitching plan.
∎ Continuously monitor and work to reduce production cost, wastage, OTD and optimum utilization of fabric.
∎ To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ To check and maintain record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
∎ To ensure that all products been produce as per the set quality standards.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.
∎ Ensure the effective use of workforce as per stitching plan.
∎ To achieve continuous improvement quality and productivity.
∎ Manage floor employees to maintain compliant working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ownership and strong leadership quality, Able to handle big volume production floor
