Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge in the garments trade in pattern maker, auto sewing and knitting machine technology, development, and production sector
∎ Monitor/ analyze of pattern making for sample & bulk production as per SKU classification of buyer
∎ Monitor/ analyze of pattern making for costing to identify the consumption of R/M & accessories
∎ Monitor/ analyze of pattern grading to establish the priority of pattern
∎ Product and method development for bonding process for bulk PP meeting and conducting training and development programs for bonding technical team
∎ Participate for PP meeting and new product innovation and bonding method innovation for complicated bonding products
∎ Monitor pattern adjustment in terms of quality, style, size, color, R/M and accessories requirements which have an impact on change in technical requirements, costing, delivery date and follow up
∎ Staff development & coaching in line with department objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of production/CAD/technologist and production/operations.
