Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management/HRM from reputed university/institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing overall service activities to contribute to maximum business growth.
∎ Develop company's HR strategy, policy and practices and ensure that these policies are understood and applied fairly and effectively.
∎ To ensure proper administration, operation and function of the Company.
∎ To ensure proper coordination among all departments of the Company.
∎ To plan, direct, control and monitor the overall HR, Administration of the Company.
∎ Supervise day to day activities of all staff.
∎ To handling Disciplinary & Grievance Management of the Company as per Law of the Country.
∎ Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders effectively.
∎ Business Acumen/ knowledge and HR Business Partnering.
∎ Competency gap analysis and subsequent development.
∎ Effective hiring/talent acquisition skills (start to end process).
∎ Knowledge on overall Organization Development plan, HR Policy and talent management.
∎ People management, Employee Engagement and influential or persuasive skills to convince and motivate others.
