Experience:
BBA in Marketing or other relevant Major , or
Diploma or BS.c in Civil Engineering, or
Diploma or B.Arch in Architecture.
Assist in achieving assigned corporate and project-based sales targets for ceramic tiles and construction finishing materials.
Identify, develop, and onboard new corporate and institutional clients, including real estate developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, consultants, and government / semi-government organizations.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, BOQs, samples, and technical/commercial proposals in line with project requirements (If Require).
Participate in price negotiations, specification approvals, and closing of corporate and project sales deals while ensuring margin compliance.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate and project clients to ensure repeat business and brand specification.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, showroom interactions, and product presentations, highlighting product specifications, finishes, sizes, quality standards, and applications.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales technical support issues related to quality, shade variation, breakage, or site application, in coordination with relevant internal departments.
Track and analyze ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects to generate sustainable sales opportunities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing structures, discount policies, and market trends within the ceramic and construction materials sector.
Prepare and submit sales reports, project forecasts, order status updates, and market intelligence for management review.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of contracts, tenders, agreements, purchase orders, and client records.
Support the Sales Manager in strategic planning, key account management, market expansion initiatives, and execution of corporate sales strategies.
