Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Require knowledge of manufacturing garments accessories - Price Tickets, Adhesives, Care labels Hang Tags, RFID, Print & Woven Labels, Heat Transfer, Packaging etc.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction·        

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication·        

  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.      

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • New product sample tracking towards to bulk order monitoring & delivery at customer end as well as both side smoother coordination.

  • Customer wise credit management vs collection monitor follow up to achieve monthly target achievement.

  • Visit customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of debts.

  • Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Customer service, order entries, PI, customer response, problem solving, credit control, garments accessories, garments trims & accessories.

  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
