Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Master degree in Science/ Occupational Health and Safety/ Environmental Science, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HSE/Compliance roles in manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulation.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

• Have knowledge on facing different Audit like Sedex, BSCI, WRAP, Nirapon, RSC etc.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Ensure compliance with local, & company HSE regulations.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Maintain and update HSE policies and procedures.

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.

• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote awareness and best practices.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain records of incidents and prepare reports for management review.

• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.

• Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Implement and monitor risk control measures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Monitor and manage environmental programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE processes and practices.

• Participate in HSE committee meetings and contribute to the development of HSE strategies.
