Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing sample yarn.
∎ Ensure the yarn traceability such as T.C, BCI, ODF.
∎ Communicate with yarn suppliers.
∎ ERP posting, correction, composition & quantity.
∎ Yarn pipe line & market price updatization.
∎ Prepare monthly L/C statement.
∎ Collect freight charge & update to supplier.
∎ Freight shipment update & record freight bill documented.
∎ Collect freight documents & forward to concern department.
∎ Collect import yarn documents & send to CNF for releasing goods.
∎ DHL tracking & update to CNF about shipment.
∎ Tracking import yarn shipment.
