- Must have good knowledge & experience with Tally Software
- Strong leadership and people management skill
- Good working knowledge and efficiency in MS Word, Excel, ERP system.
- Ability to face internal audit time to time
- Should be sound knowledge in store keeping i.e. FIFO & LIFO method.
- Ability to maintain store records, all vouchers, delivery challans and invoice records for store and distribution activities
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in store management
- Candidates having experience in Printing, Packaging, Garments, or Factory operations will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare monthly requirement of specific items
- Verify weekly/ monthly stock of raw materials and report on the slow moving items
- Prepare monthly materials receive & Issue report
- Track returnable/Non-moving items and take necessary action as guided by the management.
- Coordinate with procurement, production and sales team to ensure a smooth supply of Finished goods and Procurement of Raw Materials
