Additional requirements:

• Must have good knowledge & experience with Tally Software
• Strong leadership and people management skill
• Good working knowledge and efficiency in MS Word, Excel, ERP system.
• Ability to face internal audit time to time
• Should be sound knowledge in store keeping i.e. FIFO & LIFO method.
• Ability to maintain store records, all vouchers, delivery challans and invoice records for store and distribution activities

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in store management
• Candidates having experience in Printing, Packaging, Garments, or Factory operations will be preferred.

• Prepare monthly requirement of specific items
• Verify weekly/ monthly stock of raw materials and report on the slow moving items
• Prepare monthly materials receive & Issue report
• Track returnable/Non-moving items and take necessary action as guided by the management.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and sales team to ensure a smooth supply of Finished goods and Procurement of Raw Materials
