Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration Management and Improvements:
∎ Lead the improvements to the configuration of SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules to meet business requirements.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
∎ Business Process Analysis:
∎ Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes pertaining to MM and PM modules and propose improvements with SAP best practices.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective business solutions through best-fit system configurations.
∎ End-User Support and Optimization:
∎ Provide ongoing support to Investigate and resolve issues timely efficient manner and optimize the end-users' adaptability towards the SAP S/4HANA MM and PM processes.
∎ Collaborate with the internal and external SAP support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
∎ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
∎ User Training & Documentation:
∎ Develop and deliver end-user training programs for the SAP S/4HANA MM and PM modules.
∎ Create documentation and training materials to ensure users can effectively utilize the system.
∎ Reporting and Analytics:
∎ Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes within the organization.
∎ Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
∎ System Upgrades, Enhancements & Data Integrity:
∎ Work with the development team to design, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA MM and PM module when necessary.
∎ Perform regular data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the SAP S/4HANA.
∎ Stay Current with SAP Trends:
∎ Stay abreast of Apparel and textile Industry trends and related SAP releases to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SAP Certification is mandatory (MM module preferable).
∎ Proven experience as an SAP MM/PM Consultant or Super User, with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
∎ Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM/PM module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
