Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sample development, CAD file tracking, and workflow status.
Use advanced Excel functions to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Coordinate with CAD team members, sample coordinators, and merchandising departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely reporting.
Maintain and update internal dashboards and trackers for sample submissions, approvals, rejections, and timelines.
Prepare reports for management presentations and buyer audits as needed.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Support the CAD and Sample team in documentation, filing, and organizing digital records.
