Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible to ensure quality standard of the products according to buyers standard and company SOP with best efficient manner.
∎ Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Timely completion of the outgoing quality to meet the shipment schedule as decided by the management ensuring the high quality as per the requirement of buyer.
∎ Arranging Weekly, Monthly QA performance meeting and discuss line wise Quality performance with corrective/ Preventive action base on the previous data.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ First output review against the sample.
∎ Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ To ensure buyer compliance.
∎ Development process for all the woven departments, providing full support to the teams in Halle by understanding the product offer from the region.
∎ Able to understand buyer's comments and communicate it to the respective teams for required changes.
∎ Good understanding of Patterns, Fittings & Sample procedures.
∎ Communicate with buying QCs and Technician to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP production sample etc. based on customer standard.
