Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data Review and Compliance: Evaluate laboratory data for compliance with test methods, including audit trail reviews
∎ Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensure sample results are complete and accurate, promptly report any discrepancies, and maintain documentation quality
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement data integrity practices for quality compliance in line with industry standards
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Participate in audits, and maintain strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and 211
∎ Company Policies and Quality Metrics: Adhere to company policies, report non-conformances, and play a key role in developing and maintaining quality metrics
