Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan for procurement in collaboration with Procurement Manager.
∎ To visit and travels frequently for developing source, improving coordination among suppliers, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
∎ To obtain quotes from different suppliers and prepare a comparative statement.
∎ To create Purchase Order, billing etc. on time
∎ To negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
∎ To visit different markets frequently to collect price quotations and samples for the required items.
∎ To find out new different sources for procurement of items at competitive prices.
∎ To procure various items from different markets as instructed by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Must have experience in Knitting, Dyeing & Garments factory.
∎ Capable of in-housed goods in EPZ factory.
∎ Experienced in CIVIL Construction materials purchase for Under construction Buildings.
∎ People from CEPZ will get preference.
∎ Materials to be Purcahsed: Civil Construction Items, Stationary, Housekeeping, Cleaning Items, Electrical Items, Mechanical Items, Spare Parts
Salary: Negotiable
