Job Context:

∎ Contract length: 2 Years from joining date (With the possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs, and performance of incumbent)
∎ Position Summary: The Sr. Officer, Partnership and Branding at JAAGO HQ, Dhaka, is a key role within the Partnership and Branding Department. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and executing initiatives to scale the brand partnerships business model and achieve growth targets in line with JAAGO’s vision and mission.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strategy and roadmap to successfully scale the brand partnerships business model and achieve growth targets with a focus on JAAGO’s vision and mission.
∎ Make recommendations and secure stakeholder support for the standardization of lower tier partnerships.
∎ Identify innovative ideas to scale the brand partnerships program.
∎ Create an analytics dashboard to support accurate campaign reporting.
∎ Leverage campaign performance insights and develop action plans to optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement.
∎ Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns and events.
∎ Identify new innovative partnership ideas and secure stakeholder support as per the organization's needs.
∎ Manage the day-to-day delivery and budget of the brand partnerships revenue and profit margin targets.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing partners and identify ideas for sustainable partnerships.
∎ Manage the pipeline of brand partnerships contributions, identify new potential brand partners, and explore new categories.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the onboarding of brand partners.
∎ Work with the finance team to ensure all related processes are compliant.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in 360 campaign planning and corporate partnership.
∎ Understand the etiquette of corporate communication.
∎ Significant knowledge of branding and event management.
∎ Must have a creative mind to come up with projects and creative ideas.
∎ Prior experience in budget management.
∎ Highly skilled in presentation making.
∎ Prior experience in sales or project pitch.
∎ Must have to be adaptable to technological transformation.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision & excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English.
