Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess risk of each production line and activity of production, engineering & warehouse.
∎ Train & communicate safety hazards to all employees.
∎ Develop & update all safety related SOP and deploy them to respective areas.
∎ Do RCA and CAPA for all incidents.
∎ Develop & update all safety related log book, register & template.
∎ Lead & implement HSE management system, programs and procedures that comply with ACI HSE standard, policies and local legislation.
∎ Lead emergency management system, risk management system, all safety related reporting, incident investigation etc.
∎ Define PPE matrix and give awareness to all employees.
∎ Establish a culture of safety observations by all employees and on the closure of all safety gaps identified through audit, line visit etc.
∎ Monitor ETP & Incinerator.
∎ Ensure appropriate treatment of all effluents prior to discharge and DoE Compliance.
∎ Ensure chemical MSDS, labels, hazardous signs and arrange training on proper chemical management.
∎ Dispose all kinds of wastes collaborating with Disposal Committee.
∎ Deal with Department of Environment (DoE) authority.
∎ Conduct regular announced and unannounced HSES audit to ensure that all departments are complying with the terms of the safety statement. Maintain records and assist the appropriate manager in planning corrective action.
∎ Preparing relevant reports as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Practical knowledge on Industrial Occupational Safety & Health Management System. Good knowledge in industrial pollution and hazard control.
∎ Acquaintance with modern environmental & safety terms and norms.
∎ Sound knowledge about work related apps, software etc.
∎ Ability to Maintain Upkeep daily activity
