Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist support in recruitment process
∎ Input data in HR Software including joining, separation, increment, loan, leave, manual attendance, workers shift etc
∎ Assist HR for salary and wages preparation
∎ Assist in handling the grievance
∎ To motivated and counsel workers in various issues
∎ Monitoring workers transportation
∎ Monitoring workers lunch & Tiffin
∎ Monitoring House Keeping issues
∎ Monitoring employees safety issues
∎ Ensure fulfilling the buyers compliance
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Analytical Skill
∎ Self Driven and
∎ Result Oriented
