∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient knowledge of import LC terms (Sight, Usance & UPAS) and export documentation.
∎ Good knowledge should be in commercial documentation (Custom Bond UP, Bond license yearly audit and Entitlement) And Banking formalities.
∎ Interaction with banks, shipping lines, Suppliers, traders, agents, customers, and global offices.
∎ Evaluate and negotiate pertinent banking documents. Coordinate all L/C-related payments.
∎ Provide timely reports and updates on business activities, encompassing L/C movements, receipts, payments, and expenses.
∎ Perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
∎ Assist to supervisor in preparing Import-Export audit statement & gather all export, Import, Bank, & UP documents for yearly customs Audit.
∎ Assist to supervisor in performing renewal of all licenses & certificates (Bond license, General bond, Trade license, IRC, ERC) on time & keep in custody.
∎ Receiving all export & import documents & keep them in proper storage.
∎ Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
∎ Look after commercial and import related issues of the company & dealing with Indent/PI/LC, Shipment and payments.
∎ Any other task assign by the management as & when required.
